On the day of the Fair

SCITEC event

Setting up

Stadium 2000 will be open from 8:00am to allow students to set up their exhibits.

Use the maps of the fair layout, your age group, category and school to find where you should set up your exhibit for display. At your exhibit site you should find your cetrtificate, judges and exhibitors form.  Attach the exhibitors form to your exhibit and give the judges form to the judge. Later you will be asked to take your exhibit to the judging area.

Those giving Oral Presentations will take place in a side room and you can collect your judges form etc from the front desk.

Security

The Science & Technology Fair Committee will provide security but can take no responsibility for entries while they are on exhibition. Valuable items should be secured, or, if necessary, removed after judging.

  • Yr 7 & 8 exhibitors will be judged from 11am to 1:30pm
